As The Economy Crashes SEC Employees Watch Porn

It's lonely at the top, what better way to keep yourself company than some good ol' porn. Don't put your own computer at risk for viruses, do like these guys did and use the company computer. Fantasizing about the new temp has never been easier....just don't shake anyones hand.

"An agency watchdog says senior employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission spent hours surfing pornographic websites on government-issued computers while they were being paid to police the financial system.

SEC Inspector General David Kotz says in a memo obtained by The Associated Press that the behavior violates agency and government-wide ethics rules.

It says one supervisory accountant looked at pornographic websites about twice a day and saved images on his SEC computer to view during work hours."

With Earth Day at hand the need to "Be Green" is paraded around and information can be found splashed around town and in every media outlet. Well, this is no different but i'll do it in a true paperless form and hit you with links and things to do that will have an impact in some way.

WTF Sarah Palin??

Like anything she say's anymore should really surprise me right??? Well her Facebook post this week certainly did when she completly manipulated/took out of context a speech which was given by President Obama regarding peace in the middle east, in order to turn it around in her favor. This is my WTF? moment to start the week.

Her Facebook Post:

My Black is Beautiful – Spa Day

A good friend of mine has been working on what I hope will be an amazing BET show, “My Black is Beautiful.” The concept – a talk show with live studio audience that addresses and aims to shed light on beauty issues in the black community. I know this subject might seem alil over done at this point. I mean what black woman doesn’t know she is under represented in fashion and Hollywood? The exciting thing about this show is it isn’t on Channel One, or late night CW, or even the O channel. It is on BET. So after and hour of booty shaking on 106 and park spring break, you can see something of substance. So lets dive into the show itself.


When I got the event (on time down to the second) I was relieved to see that although the event was aimed at uplifting black woman, it hadn’t lost its soul; so there was still a nice line of women that hadn’t been let in that grew 3 times in length at 15mins past the hour. Going in it hit me this show was aimed at giving the audience members a day of beauty complete with free hair styling, make up touch ups, manis/pedis and massages. What really impressed me were all the entire women that came out to the event.



Young to old and in every shade of black, professionals and housewives, we were all there to experience this event together. The event lasted all day, so while I did not see all of it (I missed what I heard was a pretty fly fashion show) I did have an amazing time. The show airs in May, I hope you will all watch it and look out for me!

The Look: Spring Time

Oh Rih Rih, every now and again you make me so proud. Although this look may be extreme for some of you, it is exactly what the fashion savvy should be using as inspiration for any future shopping trips you may take. This spring is all about the floral's but not just any floral's- tropical bright colors, white lace shirts, straw hats and clogs galore. So, although not all of us have flawless stems like Rhianna- we can def take from inspiration and get skirts, white lace tee's and a cute hat to seal the deal.

Reason #2 to get excited about this movie! If you haven't seen it yet, this second trailer breaks into the plot even more and reveals so pretty great twists. Kim is a pill popping oldy, kids suck, marriage sucks, exs are great! I don't know about the whole trip to Dubai, I'm really not there money wise, but then again i am not a 50 year old white female. So I am open to roll with it. What are your thoughts!?

Photoshop Horrors: Really Though Kimora??

I really love how she thought she was just going to put this out there and it was going to blow over, lol. Although I don't think Kimora Lee Simmons is a large girl by any means- I do think that altering her image to go from a size 8 to a size 2 is a bit extreme. I mean she just had a baby less than a year ago and she has 2 other daughters on top of that!! For someone that preaches so much about the importance of being true to yourself at any age, size and weight- this sure comes off as very hypocritical. I don't know man, This- I guess, is just a personal opinion but it's just another instance when the photoshop brush just took it a bit too far as I happen to think she look waaaaaaaaay better in the image to the left. What do you think???

Ohh Kanye

So, if you haven't noticed- it's been a slow couple of weeks on the blogging front. There isn't too much going on in music, entertainment and least of all fashion. Apparently I am not the only one with lack of inspiration when it comes to posting though- Kanye West, who has been absent from his very active blog since the entire Taylor Swift drama last year, began to post images a couple weeks ago in his "revamped" website- only problem is that all the images he has posted are of his muse/girlfriend the none and only Amber Rose.

While I give credit where credit is due (the girl really is very pretty) I am tired of these damn image posts!!! He needs to jump on it and begin to float art, architecture and music links to us again. I mean- come on now Kanye! we could only deal with this Amber Rose thing for so long .... right???

Madonna for D&G

She's Baaaaaaaaaack!!

Madonna returns as the face of Dolce and Gabana with this gorgeous black and white spread which was shot by the fabulous Steven Klein. The pictures, to me show a humble view of the super star that I have preciously not seen in this campaign. Apparently there is a non-retouched version swimming around the net which show the reality of Madonna- that just might be an urban myth though cause I have checked every sight imaginable and have yet to find anything. What do you guys think ???
