With Your Powers Combined: Don Cheadle Is Captain Planet

Cartoon network producer Don Murphy took the time last month to announce that a live action Captain Planet movie is now in development. Don Murphy who's credits include Transformers, Splice and Reel Deal says the movie would be based on the Environmentally conscious internationally diverse group of teens who summon Captain Planet by combining their rings provided by Gaia. It's a lot of nerd talk for you I know but hang in there. Don Cheadle sports a wig and some green face paint to bring Captain Planet to life. It's not as wholesome as one would expect but it does give a good chuckle. Would you watch the nice version? or would you want Captain America to be like the Don Cheadle version?

Shakira's Day At The Donkey Races In Mexico

The Seventh Letter Live Painting Sessions @ S.L.A.T.E. In Las Vegas

The S.L.AT.E. trade show in Las Vegas featured a wide array of exclusive content and more live sessions with artist that you can shake a stick at. One particularly good one included The Seventh Letter. This featured artist Risk, Roid, Norm and Push who strategically dropped mass amounts of paint in front of trade show goers in a 3 day scope. Painting sessions are always great to watch in my opinion. They always make me want to go home and perfect those ugly markings I call stick figure drawings. An artist talent is always fun to watch in progress. Scope it out and let me know what you think.

So Anne Hathaway was on Conan O'Brien talking her delightful experiance mooning on set, missing her bodonkadonk, rapping about the paparazzi,(seriously....rapping) her role on the new Batman movie and more. I dig Anne Hathaway but, I'm still not convinced that she can pull off the Catwoman role. As a comic book nerd at time I always remembered Catwoman to be sexy, seductive, with that mischievous side always showing.... I don't get that from Anne Hathaway. I won't put it past her but I think I'll need to see it to believe it or we'll call it Catwoman wears Prada.

RIP Jani Lane: Warrant - Cherry Pie

Dang! They drop like flies at such a young age. The former Front man for the group Warrant was found dead at the age of 47 at the Comfort Inn located in Woodland Hills. There is not cause of death reported at the moment. Thanks for the music Jani Lane, I will make sure to Karaoke to Cheri Pie and pour a little liquor for you.

I am 8 bit gathered up over 100 artist to re imagine their 80's gaming fantasies, hallucination, desires, both well known and those kept under wraps. With a venue that dwarfs the old venue at 4,500 square feet this is set to be a great event with a tone of art for you to admire.

WestCoast Wednesday: N'Matez "Trajical" Daz Dillinger, RBX, The Lady Of Rage & Kurupt

While touring with Snoop Dogg the formation of a new group evolved. This one consisting of Daz Dillinger, RBX, Lady of Rage and Kurupt. With their rap powers combined they create the N'Matez. This is very reminiscent of the old Doggystyle album and Deathrow records days. Here's they'e latest single off their uppcoming album "Stay Of Execution". At least Snoop is telling them how to keep it in the streets at the start of the video despite all his pop cutz... yeah, about that...

Cee Lo Green - Cry Baby (Official Video)

Cee-Lo's album has definitely been on my top ten albums of the year. Cry Baby being my favorite song off the whole album. i don't think any version of the video could do the song justice but using Jaleel White (Urkle) to play Cee-Lo was a nice touch.

Well look who managed to land themselves a September cover.  Well, maybe not the fashion cover we would have expected but her body does look mother fucken fabulous. Gavin Rossdale's little unknown daughter is all grown up and looks fabulous in this upcoming months Playboy magazine. Haven't had a chance to read the article and since it isn't safe for work- I can't really post the rest of the pics- but I have to say she looks good. 15th Anniversary 2012 Walt Disney World Half Marathon Finisher Medal Unveiled

Run Disney has just revealed their 15th anniversary finisher medal for the 2012 Walt Disney World half marathon. For those who haven't had the pleasure to run one yet, a half marathon is 13.1 miles. I know most of you read that and say "F THAT!" I promise you, it's an incredible accomplishment for yourself and should try it sometime. For those who are up for the challenge in Florida will be taking this shiny Donald Duck home with them in January. I wish I was running the race next year.

Here's a clip of Lil' Wayne stopping by a skate park in Tampa Florida. There isn't too much to it than Wayne making a drop into the bowl; though there is a scene where Lil' Waynes homie tries to drop in on the ramp. His second fall is good for a chuckle but that's only because it isn't me. I'm sure I'd eat the ramp if it were me. Eventually the guy makes the drop and Wayne smashes out to the bus.
